Spacious, Accessible, Considered

This brilliant Torbay home was designed and built by VIKON with practical family living in mind. The last in line in a four-home lot, we designed its shape and form with its position in mind. A common concern is that multi-unit lots lack individuality and consideration for its location. Here at VIKON, we made sure every home was rich was character and built with considerable deliberation for its sun gain, views, and accessibility.

A two-storey home, we worked with all the room we were given to create an expansive family home without spatial compromises. Taking advantage of the lot’s space, we were able to draft and construct a home that doesn’t suffer from the typical size limitations of multi-unit lots. Featuring 5 bedrooms, backyard space, and an outdoor deck, this broad and sturdy home has more than enough room for large families.

Owing to its lot-end location, we tailored many north-facing windows to take full advantage of the sweeping Torbay views, up to Long Bay. With broad driveways and an easily accessible garage, this home reaps all the benefits of a modern suburban residence with the safety and privacy of a townhouse.

The exterior features horizontal bevelback cladding with a smart grey trim, mirroring the modernity of its interior. Lights and cameras are positioned all across the front façade, ensuring ample navigation and security aids.

VIKON’s completion of this project highlights our ability to make every home perfectly suitable for their position – each getting special treatment with every consideration fleshed out.
