Uniquely-Styled Greenlane Homes

VIKON are currently finalising plans for this fabulously designed set of Greenlane homes. Featuring a fusion of architectural styles and inspirations, this ambitious project aims to blend the best of modernity and traditional essences.

Our plan for this development envisions a triple-lot arrangement of standalone two-storey homes. Each house is planned to accommodate a two-car garage on the ground floor, alongside an open plan living area. One unique trait of this project is that no two homes are alike; the home layouts, facilities, and arrangements differ greatly from one lot to the next – each uniquely customised to fit the land’s profile. This maintains a sense of individuality and specialness, with each owner being able to rest assured knowing their home is one of a kind.

Lots 1 and 3 both feature a scullery to complement their kitchens. These premium pantry rooms evoke a sense of professionalism and maturity to wow guests and hoard chef compliments. Upstairs, lot 3’s open floor plan practically spans the entire length of the house, sequentially featuring a living space, dining area, and kitchen; the latter of which features a long L-shaped benchtop, complete with a full island. Lot 3 also features double master bedrooms with a conjoined ensuite. The other lots are just as impressive, featuring an extensive display of bedrooms, bathrooms, and family rooms. (Number 1 even has a mini bar.)

Arguably the most unique aspect of this project is the triple-texture combo of the façades and side profiles. Using a combination of brick veneer, timber weatherboard, and fibre cement cladding, we achieved a unique, tri-tone exterior style that effortlessly blends classic brick architecture with a modern flourish. On top of the colours and textures, the shapes are also different for each material. The weatherboards strike a balance of thick and thin vertical lines while the brick veneer provides a nuanced horizontal pattern.

Each home also comes with their own outlook decks, primed for peaceful evening unwinding in an idyllic Greenlane neighbourhood. While the project is still in the early stages of development, VIKON have a clear plan for what’s ahead, and we are confident that the finished project will make for a brilliant set of homes.
