Realising True Potential

VIKON recently completed a transformative renovation for this lovingly situated Glenfield home. Involving extensive upgrades across the flooring, layout, and interiors, our work sought to refresh the home to be a standout residence amongst its peers.

As a prime location for catching sweeping views of the North Shore, extending all the way to Rangitoto Island, VIKON set out to make the day-to-day experience as perfect as possible.

For the basement level, the owner sought to make the most of their existing rumpus space, rearranging it to accommodate two new bedrooms and a storage space. With new insulation, heat pumps, and wardrobes, these new spaces boost capacity while also being a joy to live in. Also featuring a full bathroom makeover and a new south-facing deck, this once vacant basement has been converted into a fully functional, comfortable living floor.

On the ground level, VIKON performed a comprehensive flooring upgrade, installing new SPC timber across the bedrooms as well as full suite of new windows. With the help of our friends at ENH, we ensured that the windows delivered incredible quality when it came to thermal performance, energy efficiency, and toughness, making it easier than ever to soak in the sprawling Glenfield views. Also delivering the sliding doors for the main entrance, garage and basement, ENH was indispensable to our success. These featured smart locks for improved convenience and safety, making entry and exit stress free.
