Premium Relaxation in a Luxury Semi-Rural Home

Stemming from an ambitious plan for this decadent semi-rural property, VIKON have carefully rendered this building into a 3D imagining. This tentative Flat Bush residence has been acutely realised through software thanks to our talented design team.

Curiously resembling an uppercase “I”, this luxury property is planned to feature a multi-living room arrangement with four bedrooms, along with a dedicated game room and garage. The top half of the “I” features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space, with a secondary wet kitchen tucked away, facilitating powerful cooking and serving. The centre features a lounge, and the bottom half features a game room and garage.

Nestled in nearly each corner of the upstairs floor is a bedroom, each with their own ensuite and walk-in robe. Two sitting rooms are also included, destined for lush, sweeping views of the countryside, where suburban transitions to rural.

The most interesting part of the home, however, is its exterior. Immaculately brought to life by our design team, the building’s vision is visualised. With a resort-style modern design, this home has been rendered with smooth white cladding with black accents. Schist veneer acts as the foremost partner for this depiction, being prominently featured as decorative wall cladding, effortlessly melding natural textures with clean lines.

Featuring a modern design, spacious inners, and even a pool, this luxury semi-rural concept is destined to make the eventual homeowners incredibly happy. For now, VIKON are proud to have created a glimpse of what the final home might look like.
