A premium property in a premium location, this gorgeous black and white modern home simply exudes class. In and around its neighbourhood, it firmly establishes its presence. With VIKON playing an instrumental role in its design and consent phases, this home stands tall as an example of our ability to bring ambitious builds to life.

The purpose of this build was to create an exactingly-designed family home with many cosmetic curiosities. Importantly, VIKON were needed to build plans regarding the drainage, earthwork, and foundation – an essential part of any build. Thanks to our careful measurements, detailed plans, and accurate consents, we were able to get this build on track without any hitches.

As a whole, the building is a two-floor build with significant prominences of the roof, giving the impression of a more imposing layout than it actually is. The numerous peaks resemble a raw mountain range, fitting for its black, white, and stone façade. The finish contrasts itself not only in colour, but in direction – the black weatherboard is vertical, while the white is horizontal, and breaking it up is the Craftstone’s schist veneer which comfortably frames the living space sliding door.

Layout-wise, the home offers five bedrooms in total, with most having their own dedicated ensuite; a kingmaker of a home that names multiple masters. With four unique lounge/living spaces, there are plenty of options when it comes to unwinding. The ground floor features an open plan with a consecutive kitchen-dining-living space, with even a separate wet kitchen – truly a luxury house for chefs and big families.
