Modern Midnight Luxury in Westgate

This headlining residential project is one of our absolute favourites. Sitting in a prime corner position in Westgate, this shiny black & white property was helmed by VIKON as the lead contractor. Envisioning a carefully curated luxury household, it was imperative to the owners that we realised their wishes – and delivering dreams is what VIKON excels at.

Behind its wickedly cool exterior, the home offers a premium layout with a dual garage, two living spaces, dedicated dining room, and guest room. Where it truly differentiates itself is in its kitchen. Not only does it have a dedicated scullery, it also has its own separate pantry room – combining for a true trifecta of cooking goodness.

And that was just the ground floor. Right within the entry room, stairs lead to the second floor, which houses three bedrooms, one being a master suite. Its dedicated walk-in robe and ensuite are truly massive and embody luxury Auckland living to the fullest. But that’s not all – the suite also facilitates balcony access, providing sweeping suburban views all across the neighbourhood. We worked with Nuralite, Colorsteel, and Resene’s GRAPHEX to create a truly landmark waterproofing and enveloping solution.
