Ambitiously complex in its concept, the client wished for a company with significant design and consent experience. VIKON were the perfect choice, owing to our multi-faceted service capabilities and being experienced in all stages of construction projects.

Triple-Storey Living

With premium views overlooking Torbay and out into the sea, this was a home we were excited to design. Our concept drawings, building plans, and detailed schematics fleshed out every nuance of this intricate home. What made it unique was the level design, which started from a single entrance level to three full stories at its apex.

Featuring dedicated rooms for a pantry, gym, storage, and more, this six-bedroom beauty is a staple of premium living. The luxury size, views, and aesthetics combine for a seriously stunning space.

Decks Galore

Across myriad elevations and multiple floors, this home touts numerous indoor and outdoor decks that enjoy views from multiple angles. With both glass & timber balustrades plus a sizable home zen garden, strolling through the backyard is akin to taking a step in another world.

Because of its tri-storey layout, the home enjoys an elevated ceiling height for its entry and living space, fashionably adorned by exterior vertical woodgrain & and white horizontal weatherboard.
