Spearheading the design and construction of this gorgeous Howick home, VIKON delivered a hefty all-in-one package to realise this house. Featuring three stories of comfort, plus an internal garage, there’s lots to love across every level.

VIKON took on this project to deliver a comprehensive home that provided a thorough solution to every family need. This included an expansive open floor plan that encompassed the kitchen, dining, and family spaces. The kitchen itself features a dedicated pantry room with easy access to and from.

Unique to this home is the absolutely stunning outdoor deck on the third floor. Out through the sliding doors, you exit to see a sweeping neighbourhood vista from a stunning height. Graced with a shroud of green surrounds, it’s akin to stepping out to a forest tree walk!

Outside, the cladding is built with three distinct styles: cool grey horizontal weatherboard, charcoal vertical weatherboard, and columns of stone schist to guard the entrance. Combined with its distinct three-level layout, this home strikes an instantly modern appearance that stands out amongst its peers.
