Centred between numerous idyllic neighbourhoods, VIKON’s work at this Howick location involved the design and construction of a 6-unit townhouse development, with convenience, capability, and durability in mind. In designing this set of properties, VIKON aimed to embody premium living features in a cosy and cohesive package.
In achieving a premium look and feel, as well as making the most of the triple-storey design, VIKON implemented dual decks for each and every unit. Both floors above ground level feature a deck, secured with glass balustrades. This provides a quality view over the neighbourhood and surroundings while also being a space to unwind and watch the sunset. The cladding features a combination of both weatherboards and panels to create a dynamic and multifaceted profile, while also championing safety and modernity.
Each unit also sports designer kitchens, featuring cabinetry by our in-house experts. The kitchens adhere to a consistent white theme, complimenting the exterior panels. With handless designs, glossy finishes, and shiny tiled floors, each kitchen is designed with a modern, minimalist appearance, but are deceptively featureful. An abundance of cabinets, drawers, and appliance accommodations ensures that each kitchen can scale to the household’s needs.
Behind the stylish two-tone exterior, high-quality materials are used for the structural framing, as well as industry-leading insulation, ensuring a sound, comfortable, and secure home no matter the season.
