Administration Block Complete Toilet Refurbishment

In 2024, VIKON were chosen to be the main contractor for refurbishing numerous toilets across Marcellin College’s administration block. On top of the toilet units, the scope of work includes, but is not limited to: wardrobes, vanity units, mirrors, partitions, flooring, showers, and lighting.

Before, the toilets suffered from aging fixtures, damaged facilities, and substandard flooring. Our BoxMakers division applied their bathroom expertise in revitalising every aspect of both the male and female toilets. This called for intricate plumbing and connection work, as well as a wholly redesigned interior, replacing the wood laminate flooring with fit for purpose vinyl, and the walls were redone in a sleek white.

The new vanity units were the bathroom highlights. Featuring wall-hang units from Renoarts, these dual-basin vanities incorporate an elegant floating design and come with hidden-handle drawers. Of course, this meant the sinks, taps, and mirrors had to sport an equally stylish design. Aqualica were our choice for the shower slide and basin mixers. Their intuitive yet graceful designs were perfect to match the bathrooms. We also partnered with Kermac for their toilet cubicle expertise, and Showerwell for their highly-reputed shower units.

This toilet upgrade for Marcellin College provided reimagined facilities with a consistent design theme that championed usability, functionality, and clean aesthetics.
