One of the most common concerns when building a new home is a lack of cohesion behind the design process and the building process. For this serene set of Torbay homes up in the North Shore, VIKON’s combined services allowed us to address all of the fears between all stages.

As both designer and main contractor for this project, we were able to translate plans to property without missing a beat. For this project, the client wanted a full-service solution where design, construction, and details such as consents were all handled under a single umbrella. Since VIKON offers all these services all under one roof, we were able to handily put to rest any fears of elements lost in translation or cross-department miscommunication.

Each home features a two-storey layout with 5 bedrooms, an internal garage, and a study. With spacious dining & living spaces, as well as decadently decorated decks, these homes are the result of a unified turnkey team. Thanks to this, each home was built as planned, with aesthetics that effortlessly gel with both the neighbourhood, and each other.
