With the need for a quick move-in time, and therefore construction process, this client’s vibrant Manurewa project called upon VIKON for a swift and accurate building consent application. Key to the project’s priorities, this residential build called for meticulous drawings that could get approval without any snags.

In order to make the consent process as smooth as possible, VIKON conducted close and proactive communication with our client. This included clarification for any missing details, ambiguous notes, or further compliance evidence.

We made sure that everything to do with architectural, structural, fire, HVAC, and services was thoroughly assessed and ready to pass.
